Tom’s Approach as your Lawyer
Tom has summarised his approach in advocating for his clients below:
“My main focus is always getting the best outcome for my clients, whilst this might sound obvious, the concept of ‘best outcome’ is one that is quite complex and is everchanging as your matter progresses. The best outcome for my clients is not always the decisions handed down after a trial, in fact, sometimes it can be the worst. I strive to provide clients with a cost benefit analysis at each stage of negotiations and litigations allowing them to make informed and pragmatic decisions always. This allows clients to be able to obtain their ‘best outcome’ as soon as possible. I will always be confident and prepared to take matters to trial and to litigate where necessary, but I am not someone who will unnecessarily litigate your matter, I am conscious of the cost and stress it can impose on my clients. The best outcome for you should consider how much it will cost to further litigate and what the potential upside and downside of further litigation might be.”
