As our Client Relationship Manager, Tyanne takes responsibility for and is dedicated to the people-focused aspect of her role to ensure HFL’s clients’ expectations are always met and that HFL is able to provide clients with an exceptional customer service experience. Tyanne prides herself in being an intelligent and strong communicator and she enjoys the nurturing of all client relationships within the firm, from the very start of a client’s matter to the very end.

Tyanne started her career in law over 20 years ago as a receptionist and it is there, she found her passion for customer service and family law.

Family law can be an emotional and stressful time and Tyanne is always a phone call away, should you need to discuss any queries you may have about your matter or any angst you may be feeling about any upcoming step in your family law matter. 

In marketing, Tyanne is dedicated to her firm’s strategic objectives, through planning, implementing, and delivering targeted, unique and engaging marketing campaigns. Corporate communications, internal communications and brand management are a passion of Tyanne’s while furthering her skills and knowledge in marketing management. As a strong writer and communicator, Tyanne has a creative mind, with an ongoing aspiration for excellence in her field.

Away from work Tyanne has three sons making her proud and whom have turned her into a huge sports fan.  She enjoys rugby union, rugby league and is also a keen boxing fan.
