We want to welcome our new team members, Glen Allen–Ankins CEO and Hamdi Bakhit Relationship Manager.
This is the second time we have had Hamdi on staff here at Hartley Healy after taking a six month break. “It is great being back on the team and I am very excited about what is happening with our corporate partnerships. I complete my law degree in the New Year and I believe that the insight derived from managing our client relationships will make me a better lawyer” Hamdi said.
Glen comes to us from the non for profit sector with over 25 years of senior management experience in that space driving outcomes for organizations such as RSPCA, The Smith Family, Guide Dogs Australia as well working abroad in the USA for three years.
Glen said “Its all about customer service, no matter what business you are driving, what makes your brand stand out, what makes people keep coming back to buy or use your services is what counts. In my experience it has everything to do with staff engagement and how engaged they feel in their roles, that equals happy staff and that drives excellent customer service – it’s that simple”.
